A four-storey residential building and two-and-a-half story townhouse complex are being considered at the corner of West King Edward Avenue and Ash Street under the Cambie Corridor plan.

The site is not far from Queen Elizabeth Park.

The proposed development project involves two single-family properties — 582 and 588 West King Edward — and would produce 36 strata units, 39 underground parking spaces and 51 bicycle spaces.

If approved, the properties would be rezoned from one-family dwelling to comprehensive development.

An open house about the rezoning application runs at Phoenix Gymnastics, 4588 Loranger Way, from 5 to 7 p.m., Jan. 10.
