Thierry is now open Mondays through Fridays from 8am to 9pm, and weekends from 9am to 9pm on weekends.

Our chefs from Toptable Group’s Thierry, Elisa, Blue Water Cafe, and CinCin in Vancouver, have collaborated to bring a new concept to you during these unique times. Toptable2U Vancouver, a take-away menu of housemade provisions, prepped meal kits for at home cooking, and farm-to-table produce selections curated for the home kitchen. Selections include: Blue Water Cafe's Miso Sake Glazed Sablefish, Elisa's Whole Truffle Roasted Chicken, and our Farm Vegetable kits.

We believe that the souls of our restaurants can be found in their kitchens, and this philosophy lives on as Toptable Group brings our kitchens to yours. We hope that our offerings bring a little joy around the table until we meet again.
