Claim 

A declaration that defendants be held liable for defects of the product U-Dream, which was sold at Whole Foods and was subject to a class action lawsuit due to a contaminant found in the product.

Claim 

Damages for breach of contract and an order that the defendant insurers cover a claim by the plaintiffs over damage to concrete columns and a roof slab caused by improperly placed concrete and rebar in the Vancouver House development.

$319,062 and $196,140 for unpaid rent from the defendants, which operate the Trattoria Italian Kitchen restaurant at the plaintiff’s property.
