Chinese-Canadian actor Ludi Lin shooting Kung Fu TV show in Vancouver

Chinese-Canadian actor Ludi Lin is in town to prepare for the filming of Kung Fu.

Chinese Canadian actor Ludi Lin showed up in Stop Asian Hate rally in Vancouver earlier this year.

Chinese-Canadian actor Ludi Lin is currently in Vancouver to shoot Kung Fu, an American martial arts action-adventure television series. 

Sources told the Richmond News that Lin has been in town recently to prepare for the filming for Kung Fu in which he plays villain Kerwin Tan, an heir to the billionaire Tan family fortune.

Lin recently portrayed Liu Kang in Mortal Kombat, a 2021 martial arts fantasy film based on the video game franchise of the same name. He is also known for his work on Power Rangers, Aquaman and Black Mirror. 

In addition to being one of the most outspoken voices on Asian representation in Hollywood, Lin has also been a strong advocate on combating Anti-Asian hate. 

Earlier this year, he showed up at Stop Asian Hate rally in Vancouver.
