The Harlem Globetrotteres will be in Vancouver for two upcoming games, and Darnell "Speedy" Artis will be stopping by the Vancouver Aquarium.

Vancouver locals may spot a basketball player and his teammates around town next week.

The Harlem Globetrotters will be in Vancouver for two upcoming games on Jan. 26 and Jan. 28, with the first game taking place in Abbotsford.

Player Darnell "Speedy" Artis is set to stop by the Vancouver Aquarium to visit its aquatic inhabitants and greet locals at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 23 at the Vancouver Aquarium AquaQuest Reception (at the side of the building near the parking lot).

The Harlem Globetrotters are an American exhibition basketball team. They combine athleticism, theatre, and comedy to create their unique style of play while competing against opponents.

The exhibition games are real basketball games and the Globetrotters and their opponents both play to win. However, the Globetrotters mix in their signature style of show basketball which make their games a lighthearted event.
