1. Reflections Winter Pop-Up
After a successful inaugural run last holiday season, Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s Reflections: The Garden Terrace will once again be home to a cozy, festive, and fun Winter Pop-Up featuring food, drink, and everything merry. The Winter Pop-Up patio will welcome the holiday season starting November 16, and will run daily through December 31.

2. Ukranian Food Fair & Bazaar
Feast on Ukrainian food, like perogies and cabbage rolls, being served all day. Shop for jams, preserves, baked goods, and loads of non-edible items at the craft fair and rummage sale.

3. Winter Potion Lab at Silk Road Tea
Explore creating tea-based drinks perfect for the cold months and holiday season, perfect for kids and grown ups to enjoy. All of the tea infused hot chocolates, tea lattes, hot toddies, mulled teas, and sangria you'll learn to make are dairy-free, gluten-free, and free of any artificial flavours or colours. Bonus: Learn about how to use teas to keep you healthy and sane over the holidays.

4. Decorate & Bake - Holiday Cookie Class

Get all your holiday baking done in one class. Bring your to-go containers and grab some friends (or the kids) and take part in this fun, festive cookie-making class. Everything you make you take!
When: Sunday, December 3 from 1 to 3:30 pm OR Wednesday, December 13 from 6 to 8:30 pm

5. Italian Baking 101
In this 2-class workshop, Alice – cake lover and baker from Italy – will share with you some of her favorite Italian pastry recipes, all courtesy of her nonna of course. Take one class or both.

6. Vancouver Foodster Holiday Market
An evening of tasting and drinking at multiple locations in Vancouver neighbourhoods will ring in the festive season.

7. Vancouver Swedish Lucia Celebration
Enjoy this traditional celebration in Burnaby complete with Swedish Christmas dinner, singing, and Lucia procession. There will be Glögg!

8. KPU Brew Lab: Brewery Tour & Tasting

Tour Kwantlen Polytechnic University's (KPU) state-of-the-art pilot brewery which was custom built for the KPU Brewing Diploma program — the only one of its kind in BC and the first Canadian institution recognized by the Master Brewers Assocation for a standard of excellence in brewing education. 19+ for tastings.

9. Vegan Wine Education with Blue Grouse Wines
Not all wines are vegan! Taste through four of Vancouver Island's Blue Grouse's 'Quill Wines' and nibble on a delicious assorted vegan cheeseboard, designed to pair with the wines. Wine Sommeliers Jessica Luongo and Marisa Varas, founders of AmoVino Distributors, will lead a short presentation on the world of veganism and wine.

10. Greasy Spoon Diner Vol. 34
This special monthly dinner event pairs the top chefs with the legendary Save On Meats to create a monthly four-course dining experience.

11. Holly, Jolly Holiday Cookies Baking Class
This festive baking class at H2 Restaurant at the Westin Bayshore will find H2 Restaurant Chef Caitlin Mark and Executive Sous Chef Mike Reid leading guests through three stellar recipes for classic gingerbread, pumpkin spice and shortbread cookies. Each participant enjoys vegetable crudité, cheese and charcuterie, and, at the end of the class, leaves with three dozen cookies and a s’mores kit. Space is limited to 12, so book this class early!

13. Plant-Based Christmas Eve Dinner at Virtuous Pie

Virtuous Pie, Vancouver's expanding plant-based pizza parlour, will be hosting a 100% vegan Christmas Eve dinner. Details are forthcoming about this ticketed event, so stay tuned.
