I caught wind of a super cool initiative via the Georgia Straight's BLOG today. Treekeepers is a project meant to get more trees planted in Vancouver and the deal works like this:
- Order one of 18 different types of trees (including some fruit trees) online (HERE).
- Pick up your order at one of their events at 10 different locations in the spring.
- Go ahead and plant those trees in your yard, on your balcony, wherever!
