Moments with CreativeMornings/Vancouver

CreativeMornings/Vancouver is thrilled to introduce Mark Haden as our February speaker on the theme of Moments.

CreativeMornings/Vancouver is thrilled to introduce Mark Haden as our February speaker on the theme of Moments. As the adjunct professor of the UBC School of Public Health, Mark also counsels parents and individuals who deal with problematic substance use or special needs, is the Board of Directors chair for MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies), and has been fighting for proper drug policy and addiction treatment for the DTES, for Vancouver, and for our society.

As the current fentanyl crisis doesn’t seem to be slowing down, now is the time for everyone to listen to Mark speak on the creative (and possibly provocative) ways we can all do to help. With 28 years in the addictions field in counselling and providing critical incident debriefing for individuals and groups who have experienced traumatic events, Mark shows us there are moments in your life when you can pivot from the direction you’re currently moving in.

Below are a few of his talks on the effectiveness of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy:
