You know that weird uncle you had growing up that wasn't really weird, just your parents thought so, and now as an adult, you realize this dude is pretty freaking cool. He's got a ton of Bob Dylan albums, he's a motorbike nerd, and he doesn't ask about your job. Well, that New West is like to me.
I can never say no to a waffle and luckily in New West they have a whole restaurant made out of them! No...it's not but they have all sorts of them inside.
