Since launching in the spring of 2014, Squamish’s Sea to Sky Gondola has been offering visitors the chance to experience the views and terrain once only accessible to expert mountaineers.

Lucky one million. Lucky one million.

Excited by the views and potential for excellent Instagram material (relax, we’re sort of kidding), the gondola has been a favourite for both tourists and locals from surrounding areas. Today, the Sea to Sky proved just how loved they are and welcomed their millionth visitor up to Goat Ridge, Mount Habrich and the upper Shannon Creek watershed. High fives all around!

Want to be 1,000,001? Winter programming at Sea to Sky Gondola includes snowshoeing, tubing, ski touring, headlamp hikes and more. With all of the recent snowfall starting turning to slush in the city, it might just be a good place to get your winter wonderland fix. Visit their website for more info.

Enjoy the views.
