The festival that brought Snoop Dogg and Incubus to the Cowichan Valley last year has booked another starry roster of rap and rock acts to play the Island in June.
Wu-Tang Clan, Nelly, Ludacris and Third Eye Blind will lead the charge this year at Laketown Shakedown, which is set for June 26-28 at Lake Cowichan’s Laketown Ranch Music and Recreation Park.
Gramatik, Current Swell, A Tribe Called Red, The Beaches and Moontricks are among the other artists on the bill at the three-day event, which drew in the neighbourhood of 10,000 fans during its 2019 edition.
Tickets and camping passes go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
