My little family went to Metrotown this past weekend and on the way out the door we couldn't resist the temptation of the photo booth. We love the photo booth.

Sunny Day Real Estate is a band you may have heard of out of Seattle. After releasing their epic album, The Rising Tide , they disbanded in 2000 much to many people's (ahem: my ) dismay.

One of our younger contributors Trevor Clarke, hasn't posted on here much lately, dude went to college and forgot all about us.

I totally blew going to their concert at the PNE last week but I thought I'd share this tribute done by SCTV. Here's to the lower mainland band who has crafted some of Canada's greatest pop ditties ever! Chiliwack!

As a part of this year's Fringe Festival , two theatre companies ( Craning Neck and Machinefair ) are teaming up to turn the Havana Theatre on Commercial Drive into a haunted house for a play entitled Biographies Of The Dead And Dying running Sept 10
