Adam Alfaro, a Black Label skateboards pro and Californian, made the trek up to Vancouver this summer with the IPATH footwear team to set off their Canadian tour . I had the chance to mildly test Alfaro's Canadian Side of the Brain for Push.

So FORTUNE SOUND CLUB is official as of last night . Good times, tunes (courtesy of Vancouver regular from Philly, RICH MEDINA ), and vibes were in the air as expected.

This epic slash and gore fest has been going on in Whistler since 2002 and has sold out in minutes since the day it started. The boys at Heavy Hitting have teamed up with Whistler Creek Productions this year and they are going big.

Underworld skate shop and Monster Energy drink presented the Summer Ends Skate Jam at Vancouver's plaza last saturday. A total of $2000 cash was giving out for those skaters that landed their tricks.
