Robson Street has another new spot to try.

Tiko Pizza has opened on Robson Street.

It's a busy time on the 1200 block of Robson Street.

Just last week, the new Hello Kitty cafe opened and a donair place revealed it is on its way. Now a new pizza restaurant has opened on the block, offering pizzas by the slice or whole pies.

To be fair, Tiko Pizza at 1210 Robson St. didn't appear out of nothing. They've been waiting more than seven months to open their doors and, finally, on May 18 they did.

Tiko offers two very different food options: wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza and bubble teas.

"Discover the perfect blend of traditional Italian pizzas and innovative bubble tea flavours at Tiko Pizza," reads the restaurant's website. "Enjoy our unique culinary fusion in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere."

While there are lots of varieties of both pizza and bubble tea on offer, they're not combined.

The menu includes more than 30 types of pizza, including lux meat, vegan basil, and anchovy pizza. There are also 20 different bubble tea options and a variety of sides.

Before Tiko Pizza, the space housed Jenjudan, a Taiwanese bubble tea shop.

Tiko Pizza is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, except Friday and Saturday nights when it stays open until midnight. They have delivery and pickup options.
