There's a new restaurant Vancouver that hopes to give burger fans something to talk about.

Chit Chat Burger Bar has recently opened on the Granville Strip.

Chit Chat moved into 955 Granville Street, taking over from the short-lived Blaze Pizza outpost at the address. The restaurant opened up for business in mid-June.

The concept is a sibling venture to a popular casual spot nearby, Hungry Guys Kitchen, which is at 988 Granville Street. Hungry Guys is known for their affordable menu burritos, bowls, and salads made with fresh ingredients, including tons of veggies and Mexican flavours.

"Chit Chat Burger Bar offers casual dining experience in a lounge setting. You will love our cooked to perfection, juicy burgers," says the restaurant on its Instagram page.

The Downtown Vancouver BIA got a sneak preview and some info about the restaurant before it opened: "The menu will include $6 lean ground beef burgers, 3 salad options, fries with a variety of toppings, 2 styles of wings, and grilled vegetables. 12 local beers will be rotated on tap. A selection of BC wines will also be available, in addition to cocktails and happy hour specials. Dessert offerings will include thick gelato made in house, and milkshakes."
