New ramen shop Menya Juémon will open in Vancouver at Broadway and Cambie later this month.

Menya Juémon has announced a soft launch date for the incoming Broadway and Cambie ramen shop.

The new shop, which will be at 545 West Broadway, expects to open Sept. 26 with dine-in only and limited quantities of dishes as the staff gets comfortable with the new restaurant.

The new ramen stop plans to focus on Japanese soy sauces.

"To further enhance the profile of our ramen, we’ve incorporated a variation of traditional Japanese soy sauce into each of our ramen on the menu," they note on their website, explaining each sauce will have its own unique flavours.

Once open, the new restaurant will operate from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. six days a week. It'll be closed Sundays and holidays.

It'll be replacing Benkei Ramen on Broadway, which closed earlier this year.
