Talk about keeping it in your household bubble - a popular Fraser Valley winery is now offering bookings for intimate wine tasting sessions held onsite inside a pair of transparent outdoor "domes" placed alongside its vineyard.

Singletree Winery in Abbotsford has just opened reservations for the offering, which it is calling Di Vine Domes, making the spaces available for small groups of up to six people from within the same household or single persons with a max "bubble" of two.

Ideal for those looking to do something with their household or bubble-mate but staying within the Fraser Health region, Singletree has created a 90-minute tasting experience for wine lovers to enjoy flights of their wines and food options, like locally-sourced charcuterie and cheese boards or gourmet three-course meals, prepared by Chef Adrian Beatty.

Each of the domes is themed and decorated accordingly, describes the winery: The Canadian Cabin with traditional porch chairs, faux fur rugs and a rustic feel, and the Enchanted Forest, with a chandelier, live edge table and cozy seats. Guests will also appreciate that the domes are heated, and feature seasonal decor and lights. Between bookings, the domes are thoroughly sanitized, notes Singletree.

The domes can be reserved from Wednesday to Sunday, from noon to 5:30 p.m. Those looking to make it a full three-course dinner experience can book the 6 to 8 p.m. spot on Friday or Saturday. There is a minimum spend of $50 per person.
