Here's a look at the Quebec Manor Housing Co-op building in 1912 and 2020.

The fancy cornice is gone and has been replaced by a looming crane, with others in the background. They're everywhere! But this old beauty at 101 E 7th Ave isn't going anywhere.

Originally for renters only, its tenants bought the building in 1981 and turned it into a co-op. In 2022, the building celebrated its centennial with a big event.
