A video has surfaced on social media that shows a driver in a BMW heading down the pedestrian walkway of Vancouver's False Creek seawall.
Taken at sunset, the video shows the white vehicle moving slowly down the pedestrian lane between Science World and the Plaza of Nations as people walk and bike past it.
People are overheard saying "what are you doing" and "this is a walkway, eh?"
