A Vancouver driver has been ticketed after crashing into two women crossing Third Street at Bewicke Avenue Tuesday morning.

According to North Vancouver RCMP, the women in their 60s were in the crosswalk just before 7 a.m. when a left-turning driver attempted to illegally pass the driver of a truck waiting for the women to clear the intersection.
