If you are travelling along the Alex Fraser Bridge while construction is being done this fall/winter, consider this a heads up.
Delta Police will be doing increased patrols throughout construction times (7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. on weekdays, and 7 p.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends) to ensure that motorists are obeying the construction zone speeds.
DPD are asking motorists to please keep in mind that these zones are put in place for the people working in these areas, including the flaggers.
