Motorists travelling on Highway 91 through Richmond on Friday morning should expect delays.
A multi-vehicle collision on westbound Highway 91, just past No. 8 Road, is causing major backup along the East-West Connector.
Westbound traffic is backed up past Westminster Highway and spilling onto Highway 91A and to Annacis Island.
Drivers are asked to plan extra travel time and drive with caution.
