A daytime shooting in Maple Ridge on Friday (August 12) left one man dead.
The shooting was reported at 1900-block 216th Street around 11:45 a.m. When Ridge Meadows RCMP arrived on scene, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He later succumbed to his injuries, according to police.
IHIT, who has taken over the investigation, identified the victim as 33-year-old Cory William Thomas.
