Let it snow: Here is how much it might snow in Vancouver this week

Get ready to rock your cozy clothing this weekend. 

Vancouverites will have to trade in their umbrellas for toques and gloves as the weather forecast includes a couple of chances for snowfall over the next couple of days. 

Following weeks of catastrophic flooding in the Lower Mainland, Environment Canada is calling for temperatures to dip just above freezing on Thursday (Dec. 2). 

Friday is expected to be mainly cloudy during the day with a high of 6°C dipping down to 1°C overnight. Saturday's forecast includes periods of rain or snow during the day with cloudy periods at night and an overnight low of -1°C. 

There's a 40 per cent chance of showers on Sunday, while the evening may see rain or snow.
