Don't let today's sunshine fool you.
The Vancouver weather forecast for the long weekend calls for plenty of rain and cloudy skies.
Starting on Friday, May 15, however, the forecast calls for sunshine and a toasty high of 18°C followed by partly cloudy skies at night and a low of 12°C. After this, Saturday is looking decidedly dismal, with the forecast calling for rain all day.
And while Sunday isn't looking wet, it is expected to be cloudy all day. On Monday, the forecast calls for rain all day with a slighter cooler high of 14°C.
Tuesday is expected to be cloudy, and Wednesday's forecast calls for a chance of showers all day.
