Here's when it will feel like summer again in Vancouver after the rain returns

The Environment Canada weather forecast for Metro Vancouver from June 9 to 15, 2023, calls for a fluctuating mix of weather starting this weekend, from rain to warm summery temperatures to a cloudy streak.

Locals should prepare for a stretch of fluctuating weather.

Environment Canada calls for a wet start to the weekend in Metro Vancouver, followed by warming temperatures and a cloudy streak. 

Starting Friday, June 9, the forecast includes rain and a chance of showers through Saturday, with mild temperatures between 15 C and 17 C during the day and a low of 12 C overnight.

Sunnier weather will begin to drift in on Sunday, rounding out the weekend with a mix of sun and clouds and a high of 21 C.

Monday will be the hottest – and sunniest – day of the week with clear skies and temperatures reaching 23 C on the coast and 28 C inland. 

The remainder of the week, from Tuesday to Thursday, is set to see a mix of sunshine and clouds and an average of 22 C, dipping into 12 C and 11 C overnight.
