And a few laneway homes. Neat fact: While Vancouver is currently at around 100 laneway homes, Surrey has over 700 of them - though some of the designs might not be quite as elaborate as many of the ones popping up in Vancouver ;)
Welcome to East Clayton, population density: 7,000 people per square kilometre. The average density in the city of Vancouver is around 5650/km². Keep in mind we're still in a suburban context here, so it'll take a while for anything outside of Vancity to catch up with the West End's 21,800/km²!
