Richmond drivers were at it again on Friday, keeping up appearances for their lowly reputation across the Lower Mainland.
This time, a driver has somehow managed to bank their vehicle onto a two-foot high, concrete-enclosed garden bed near Ironwood in south Richmond.
Bemused firefighters could be seen in the photo, likely asking the question on everyone’s lips, “how did this happen?”
