Is her arrival in your 'Wildest Dreams' or are you telling people 'You Need to Calm Down'?

It's official, Taylor Swift is coming to Canada with shows in Toronto and Vancouver. THe Three nights at BC Place

With what will be the biggest tour ever on Earth coming through town, many Vancouverites are looking forward to Taylor Swift's arrival in just over a year.

The pop superstar's Eras tour hits Vancouver Dec. 6–8, 2024, which is more than a year away, but that's not tempering the excitement much, for fans.

But Vancouver is more than just fans of popstars, so we polled our readers to get a feel for how excited the city is. And of course we used Swift songs to measure it, to get a Clean idea of the splits.

And, apologies to Swifties, but almost one-third of readers were confused by the whole idea. On top of that, the next biggest group was the 20 per cent who suggested You Need To Calm Down. The rather neutral Blank Space took third.

There is a strong Swiftie contingent in the city, though, with nearly nine per cent suggesting Taylor's arrival is part of their Wildest Dreams. And another nearly nine per cent are thoroughly Enchanted.

In the metro area, that's still a few hundred thousand Swifties. Comparing it with active military members, that'd make Metro Vancouver Swifties the 12th largest standing army in the world.

Vancouver Is Awesome polled 1232 readers and asked the question: How do you feel about Taylor Swift coming to Vancouver?
