The organizers of the Skookum festival happening this weekend are warning people not to bring umbrellas to the event in Stanley Park.
Citing security measures, they've been tweeting to festival-goers telling them not to bring "umbrellas, selfie sticks, tent or flag poles, or the like".
They recommend "coming prepared for the forecasted weather with a raincoat in hand."
With a 40% chance of rain today and 100% predicted for tomorrow, you're going to want to dress accordingly because...
Umbrellas are for tourists. Break out the rain gear....plan to be damp.
