Vancouver Olympic Mascots 2010
A travel blog has been documenting the wide-ranging adventures of Mukmuk and Quatchie, two of the four 2010 Winter Games Olympic mascots.

An adorable travel blog has been documenting the adventures of the furry faces of the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.

Usagi Travel ("Usagi" meaning "rabbit" in Japanese), has well over a thousand photos of plushies hanging around various B.C. landmarks and around the world. Some look to be original creations like Justin Beaver and Frederick but two often featured creatures are Mukmuk and Quatchie, two of the four 2010 Winter Games Olympic mascots.

With nearly 3,000 followers on Instagram, the account has allowed for some lighthearted vicarious travel for those stuck at home during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Usagi Travel's associated Facebook page states the photos will serve as your eyes and ears and take you around Vancouver, Canada and beyond.

"If you cannot leave home for whatever reasons, then follow us and experience life in Vancouver and much more!" the page states.
