The Vancouver Park Board says a section of the Stanley Park seawall may be closed for up to two weeks for remediation due to damage from a recent storm. 

The Vancouver Park Board says a section of the Stanley Park seawall may be closed for up to two weeks for remediation due to damage from a recent storm. 

The Park Board took to Twitter Monday (Feb. 15) to state that a section of the Stanley Park seawall between Third Beach and the Lions Gate Bridge will be closed for remediation beginning Tuesday, Feb. 16 from 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. 

"We apologize for any inconvenience," adds the Park Board. 

The seawall closure could last two weeks.
