Around 3:40 p.m. on Monday (Sept. 20), Foo Bong Ma was dropped off near West 12th Avenue and Laurel Street for a medical appointment at VGH but he never made it to the appointment, explains a release from the VPD.

Ma is Asian, about five foot two, and was last seen wearing a black cap with ear flaps, large eyeglasses, a tan windbreaker, and dark pants. He walks slowly and hunched over. He does not speak English and may seem confused.
