Cabana Lounge
Vancouver Coastal Health issued a public exposure warning for the Cabana Lounge nightclub between July 1 and July 4.

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) on Friday issued a coronavirus public exposure warning for a downtown Vancouver nightclub.

The Cabana Lounge located at 1163 Granville Street was named in the exposure warning which applies to those who visited the club during its hours of operation from July 1 to 4. The possible exposure is believed to be low risk but, out of an abundance of caution, VCH is asking anyone who may have visited the club to monitor themselves for symptoms.

If you remain healthy and do not develop symptoms, there is no need to self-isolate and you can continue with your usual daily activities, VCH states on its public exposures webpage.

The health authority also asks if you start to develop COVID-19 symptoms however mild, you call your family doctor or 8-1-1, seek testing and then self-isolate.
