Richmond Fire-Rescue was called out Thursday evening to deal with a car on fire at the corner of Gilbert and Williams roads.
According to a video posted on social media by @VanCityPerry, the black saloon appeared to be abandoned in the middle of the intersection around 7 p.m.
Smoke could be seen coming out of the car’s engine as firefighters doused the smoldering vehicle.
