VPD investigates fatal stabbing, Vancouver’s 10th homicide this year

The Vancouver Police Department is investigating after a man with a fatal stab wound was found Saturday morning.

Vancouver Police officers were called to a home near South West Marine Drive and West 57th Avenue just after 6:30 a.m. on July 10. Officers were responding to reports of three men in the street, one of whom was carrying a knife. A man was found in the area suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to hospital where he later died from his injuries, marking Vancouver’s tenth homicide this year.

No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
