The Vancouver Police Department announced late Tuesday (Sept. 13) evening that a missing man has been found safe.
Francis Lunas, a 77-year-old man with dementia, had last been seen in the Renfrew-Collingwood neighbourhood on Sept. 12.
Lunas "has been located and is now safe," confirms Sgt. Steve Addison of the VPD.
