Update on July 8: Jean Gonzales has been found on July 7 and is safe.
Vancouver police are seeking the public's help finding a woman last seen downtown.
Jean Gonzales, 69, was seen boarding a westbound bus at Kingsway and McKinnon Street at 3 p.m. yesterday (July 6). She was then spotted walking along West Pender Street from Hamilton Street just after 3:30 p.m.
Gonzales was planning on going to a cosmetic store but hasn't returned.
Investigators believe she could have become lost or disoriented because she is from out of town and not familiar with Vancouver.
Gonzales is of Filipino decent, five foot, four inches tall with a slim build and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a purple bucket hat, a flowered T-shirt, and burgundy cropped tights.
