A recent visit to a Vancouver McDonald's Canada location went awry for one woman.

In a video shared on social media, an unidentified female customer erupts in anger at employees at the McDonald's at Kingsway and Victoria over her coffee order. Redditor u/vf-1 caught the situation on video, and commented that the woman had been trying to use a kiosk at the fast-food restaurant prior to the blow-up.

In the video, she can be heard screaming and swearing repeatedly at staff, demanding they take her coffee order. She also screams at another person ordering, claiming they said something to or about her. The angry customer shouts a demand to the staff to not let the other customer talk about her.

"Who the f*ck is disrespectful?" she says at one point to an employee.

She also threatens to call the police and shouts at staff that she frequents the establishment daily. At one point during the confrontation, the dog she's holding joins in with some barks.

"You're f*cking up in your job today. Shut the f*ck up! Serve me!" she screams at a male employee who appears to be a manager.

Eventually, someone does take her order, a medium coffee with two milk, one sugar, and an espresso shot.

It's also noted she was wearing a plastic face shield and not a usual mask. Shields are not an acceptable replacement for masks, states the provincial order on wearing masks indoors, however, the video does not include any discussion of her use of the shield.

The Vancouver Police Department has no reports on record regarding this incident.

V.I.A. reached out to the McDonald's location where the incident reportedly took place, but the restaurant could not provide anyone to comment. McDonald's Canada's corporate office has yet to respond to a request for comment.
