In 2023, the mansion property at 12391 Pixton Rd. in Lake Country was listed for $45.9 million. It's currently listed for just under $39.9 million. The massive house is one of the largest and most expensive in the province right now, even after the price drop.
Located on the shore of Okanagan Lake north of Kelowna, the huge house has nine bedrooms and 16 bathrooms (each bedroom has its own en suite).
Those are actually spread over two areas, as the house is rather long and split into two wings, with a private guest wing which has three bedrooms and its own living area and kitchen.
Inside the nearly 20,000 square foot home, there's also a gym, private theatre, rec room with its own bar, dining area, wine cellar and more. There are even four different fireplaces. Built in 2017, the house also has smart technology integrated into it.
