Photos: Vancouver mansion with rooftop putting green, recording studio drops $600K from price

The Marpole mansion has a sauna, outdoor pool, home theatre, and at least five fireplaces.

A large Vancouver house with quite a few fancy features hasn't sold over the last few years, so it's been relisted for $600,000 less than the previous asking price.

Again.

The house at 8483 Wiltshire St. in Marpole is now listed for about $10.8 million. That's $600,000 less than it was listed for as recently as June 2025, when sellers were asking $11.4 million.

Originally, in 2022, the home on the south side of Vancouver was listed for about $12 million. Three years later, there are no new sales records. In fact, on REW, it shows the last time the property sold was in 2017, while the current house dates from 2021.

The current price is close to its assessment price; BC Assessment has valued the property and house at $10.3 million. The assessed value has actually dropped over the last few years. In 2023, it was assessed at more than $10. 8 million.

The house has a lot going on.

Perhaps the most unique feature is the putting green on the roof (which also has a patio and multiple flagpoles).

Outside there's also a pool and plenty of patio space.

Inside, there's plenty going on as well, including a sauna, a home theatre, and space set up for a recording studio.

Aside from the specific rooms, there are also a somewhat unusual number of fireplaces (at least five) and chandeliers. In all, it has nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, according to the listing.

This story was updated with new information after the house was relisted in August 2025.
