This spectacular $9.7 million Coal Harbour condo comes with its own zen garden

Is this the most epic patio in Vancouver?

Anyone who's lived in an apartment or condo knows having a little garden takes some effort, but for just under $10 million a zen garden (and a few other perks) is possible.

Located in One Harbour Green (aka 1169 West Cordova St.) this condo with a massive terrace has a lot of outdoor space for being part of a 23-storey condo tower. The living space is given as 6,000 square feet, but 3,750 of that is outside.

While the inside is nothing to sneeze at, with two bedrooms, three washrooms, a den, a well-equipped kitchen and marble floors it's the outside space that really stands out.

The zen garden includes small trees, bamboo and a pond with stepping stones. There's enough plant life to actually create a secluded space.

And while the garden is likely the most unusual part, there's also a couple of fireplaces (it actually has a total of three, one is inside). One is a covered space next to the zen garden, and the other, a full fire pit, looks out over Coal Harbour.
