A private wine cellar at Vancouver House is going for $85,000.

If you're one of the lucky 375 or so people to own a part of Vancouver House, then this wine cellar is for you.

No, really, it's only open to people who own a home in the new landmark.

For the rest of us, it's mostly a chance to gawk at what's possible if you have buckets of cash.

This wine cellar in the basement (aka "gated residential underground parkade") of Vancouver House is going for $85,000. For that, you get 200 square ft. of room to put your stuff.

While it could be a wine cellar, it really could be anything, from a place to store tools to a place to store luggage (by anything we mean it could be any sort of storage facility; it cannot be a walk-in aquarium or private SkyTrain station).

Currently, the cheapest home for purchase at Vancouver House (at 1480 Howe St.) on REW.com is a $659,000 one-bedroom place.
