If you’re thinking of a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Vancouver, there are some adorable houseboats in the Lower Mainland waiting to rock you to sleep.

Nearly all selling for under $500,000, these houseboats in Langley, Ladner, and Richmond are too cute to not at least dream about. Some come with eye-catching paint jobs, others have wood-burning stoves but they all have at least some view of the waterways fed by the Fraser River. Something to keep in mind, the prices for these houses do not include moorage fees which for some listings can range between $600 to $900 a month.
