The North Shore’s largest charity car show will support cancer care in B.C.

The annual Cruise the Shore for Charity car cruise and show takes place around North Vancouver on August 20 and 21.

Get revved up for the return of one of the summer’s most highly-anticipated charity events, and one that’s a favourite of vintage vehicle collectors and enthusiasts across Metro Vancouver! 

The North Shore’s annual Cruise the Shore for Charity car show and cruise is taking place on August 20 and August 21, with over 100 vintage, rare, and/or exotic cars, along with custom hot rods, expected to be on display for all to admire. 

This epic car show is a prime opportunity for proud car owners to showcase their most prized possessions and all of the time and money that has gone into those vintage vehicle restorations.

The event-filled weekend will commence on Saturday, August 20 with a community breakfast at Tomahawk Barbeque in North Vancouver, followed by a day cruise featuring cars, trucks, and motorcycles parading through North Shore communities before concluding with a barbeque for all participants. 

The car show will be held on Sunday, August 21 at Edgemont Village in North Vancouver. In addition to the impressive display of classic vehicles, attendees can also enjoy live entertainment, children's activities, food vendors and other local vendors, prizes for car show participants', and the annual 50/50 draw.

Cruise the Shore for Charity’s main fundraising initiative, the 50/50 Raffle, is on now. You can buy your 50/50 raffle tickets online or at the car show before the deadline of Sunday, August 21 at 3:30 p.m., before the live draw takes place on-site at 4 p.m. Order tickets for the 50/50 Raffle now. You must be 19+ to play.  Know your limit, play within it .

Proceeds from the raffle and from Cruise the Shore for Charity will benefit the BC Cancer Foundation, the fundraising partner of BC Cancer. 

Over 80,000 patients per year depend on BC Cancer for its world-leading research and care. Every dollar raised by the foundation will help to advance health care across BC Cancer’s six world-class centers and  research programs, including supporting the foundation’s investments into cancer care at Lions Gate Hospital.
