“We are very excited to bring the iconic PNE Prize Home to beautiful Langley,” says PNE spokesperson Laura Ballance. “Over the course of the 88 years of the PNE Prize Home program, the home has gone to communities throughout the province…but this is the first time it has been located in Langley.”
For a second consecutive year, the home is prebuilt, meaning it is available for tours from now until July 24, rather than being on-site at the Fair. But its location isn’t all that’s new about this year’s prize.
This year’s home also contains a one-bedroom, one-bath legal basement suite, a highly desirable feature, not to mention an additional revenue source for those who might like to rent it out or have additional space for in-laws or guests.

This year’s Grand Prize is a luxurious, fully-furnished Craftsman dream home with Tuscan-inspired interior features built-in Langley by Wesmont Homes. It comprises 3,408 square feet of lavish living space spread across three levels, with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a media room.
It also comes equipped with climate-friendly features, including an EV charger, 12 solar panels measuring 4.08W, triple pane windows and an all-electric heat pump system to heat and cool the home. Living green and clean has never been so stylish.
All this and more leads the total value of this Grand Prize Package to equal a cool $2.4 million.
