In the summer months — with the rising temperatures, increased humidity levels, and long hours we spend outdoors in the sun — our bodies face the risk of dehydration.

Although drinking lots of water and electrolyte drinks are effective ways to stay hydrated, a lot of juicy summer fruits with their high water content can also quench your thirst, maintain your energy levels, and provide you with the nutrients essential to your health.

From citrus fruits to berries, these sweet and juicy fruits can be consumed on their own or added to your smoothies, salads, yogurts, and desserts.
