MELISSA CARON JEWELLERY

It takes a village to raise a child, and as any mother will tell you, maternal love extends a mother’s child and includes the care of the children within one’s community.

Melissa Caron is partnering with Covenant House Vancouver on their new fundraiser featuring the botanical fine jewellery maker’s Guardian Angel pendants — which will make a beautiful gift for Mom that also gives back to homeless youth in need in Vancouver.

The Guardian Angels pendants began as a passion project created with a mothering heart to provide a nurturing and safe sanctuary to the wearer, enveloping them in unconditional love, light, protection, and guidance.

Pendants representing the Guardian Angel (“Kalila”), the Mother Goddess (“Layla”), and the wing of a Guardian Angel. Each pendant can be customized in your choice of gold and gemstones, and additionally sterling silver and gemstones for the Guardian Angel Wing.

Covenant House serves all youth ages 16-24 experiencing homelessness by providing access to a continuum of care, which includes a residential crisis program, an outreach /drop-in program, and a transitional living program.

Young people can find a sanctuary that includes warm meals, laundry and shower facilities, help with securing safe and affordable housing, and referral to medical care and counselling — all provided with absolute respect and love from staff and volunteers.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each Guardian Angel Pendant will be donated to Covenant House Vancouver.

Visit melissacaron.com/covenant-house-fundraiser to order a pendant and support the Covenant House Vancouver fundraiser.
