Pedalheads offers 1-hour swimming lessons year-round in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond — and coming soon in West Vancouver for kids ages 4 months and up in warm water swimming pools with instructors who are a hit with kids and parents alike.
Small class sizes allow for faster learning, more practice time, and one-on-one attention with Pedalheads’ swim instructors. Their certified instructors aim to develop confident and independent young swimmers by way of their specialized teaching methods, establishing a solid foundation for a lifetime of safe swimming.
In fact, many Pedalheads swimmers take lessons into their teens and even progress to become swim instructors themselves!

Brand new for the Pedalheads swim program this summer is the custom built pool at West Vancouver's Park Royal Shopping Centre. The first of its kind in North America, this state-of-the-art stainless steel pool is designed specifically for kids’ swimming lessons at Park Royal.
Because it is stainless steel, the new warm water pool reduces bacteria growth, establishing a more hygienic learning and swimming environment. Catering to young children, its L shaped design increases the shallow areas, with the pool’s depth gradually increasing from 2.5 ft to 4 ft again.
Swimming lessons are also available at Pedalheads’ other Metro Vancouver pool locations at Jericho Hill Centre in Vancouver, Fitness 2000 in Burnaby, and The River Club in Richmond.
