Perhaps more rare than that 1980's Civic hatchback SIGHTING of a few weeks back (which I actually spotted driving a couple days ago) was this semi-convertible Citroen I stumbled across in great condition, parked on the street. Anybody know the make, model, year, all that info on this thing?
